Orders of small parcel size up to 2Kg are sent by First Class Royal Mail.
All large parcels are sent with Parcel Force 48, with notifications on delivery times sent via text. If you are out they will leave your package with a neighbour or take it to the nearest depot. If you have any special delivery instructions, eg. leave in the garage, house with red door. please add them in the comments box at the checkout and we shall pass them on to Parcel Force.
We do everything possible at Alice Wotton Art to make sure that you are delighted with your purchase but if something should go awry we will always endeavour to remedy it for you.
Please email or telephone in the first instance to discuss the problem. Once we have agreed to an exchange or refund, we will ask you to return the item and will provide the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
We are afraid we cannot refund return postage unless the item is faulty and cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us. We expect returned items to be in saleable condition (unless being returned due to a fault).
